A proposal for Thunder-Rode Motorcycle Accessories
18 years on Route 66. The next 18 takes sales on a ride on the open web.
Kingman, Arizona
A conversion-first plan that turns 10,000 loyal riders into online sales. No ad budget to start, no long contract, and results you can judge every 30 days.
What we saw
We did our homework
before asking for your time.
-
A store riders trust
4.6 stars across 130+ Google reviews. Voted Kingman's best motorcycle accessories shop.
-
A catalog already online
1,222 products with live checkout. The shelf is stocked. It just sits on a quiet street.
-
Social that fills the till
Facebook and Instagram already drive real walk-ins. That audience is proven, and it travels.
-
Your greatest sales weapon
An email list built over 18 years, with 20,000+ more emails ready to be integrated. Most stores would pay a fortune for what's in your drawer.
The gap
The list is loaded.
Nobody has drawn it.
99.9% of revenue happens in-store. The website works, but nothing invites, captures, or follows up. Your email list is your greatest sales weapon, with 20,000+ emails waiting to be integrated into your database.

The plan · Phase 1
The first 90 days.
This proposal covers Steps 1 and 2, the Initial Engagement. After Month 1 we evaluate every 30 days until day 90. Trust is earned in increments.

-
5
Evaluate
Review the results together and commit to the next phase.
The plan · Phase 2
The website works harder.
Days 91 to 180.
-
Fresh campaigns
A new batch of email campaigns keeps the channel warm and the registers ringing.
-
Site optimized for web sales
Popups that capture every visitor. AI optimization across the funnel. An SEO upgrade that gets Thunder-Rode found.
The plan · Phase 3
Ad spend, de-risked.
Days 181 to 270.
Only after email and the website have proven which products sell do we put dollars behind ads. Every dollar buys traffic for proven winners. You are never the guinea pig. The data always goes first.

The math
How the numbers work.
No promises, just arithmetic. Two honest ways to read the same asset.
The conservative lens
- 10,000
- emails on file
- x 2%
- respond (an estimate)
- x $100
- average order
- $20,000
- in year one, from the list as it stands
The target lens · year one
- $1
- a qualified email lead is conservatively worth per year
- 30,000
- leads once the 20,000+ are integrated
- $30,000
- for year one, and higher as Phases 2 and 3 optimize the machine
These are illustrations, not commitments. The real numbers come from your list, we read them together every 30 days, and true optimization in Phases 2 and 3 is how we chase the upside.
The straight answer
Can we build Thunder-Rode
a new sales channel? Yes.
We will not promise you a sales number. Anyone who does is guessing with your money. What we guarantee is this: you will be fully set up to drive online sales, with results measured where you can both see them.
No sales guarantee and no long contract. One setup fee, and we earn the right to continue every 30 days. That is the deal behind the deal.
This proposal is built to earn trust one phase at a time. Thirty-day increments. One setup payment per phase. Continuation decided by results.
And when every phase is complete, the system is yours. We hand the automated machine to Thunder-Rode, trained and documented, unless we both choose to keep riding together for additional services or general management.
The deal
Setup. Launch.
Then we decide together.
A marketing agency retainer runs $2,500 to $10,000 a month, results or not. This isn't that.
$2,000 covers setup and launch
| Covers | The Initial Engagement: Pre-Launch and Month 1. |
|---|---|
| At signing | $1,000. The build begins. |
| At launch | $1,000. First campaign goes out. Day zero. |
| At day 30 | We evaluate together, decide whether to continue, and evaluate from there. |
Why start this small? Because this only works once we understand, through Google Analytics and ActiveCampaign, who your leads are, what works, and what doesn't. And because you've had less than positive experiences before, this engagement is designed to build three things in order: trust, a foundation, and an online sales track record.
What Thunder-Rode provides
- An ActiveCampaign license. This one is a must.
- Cloudflare, only if usage shoots through the roof. The free tier covers us until then.
- A dedicated email address for registering services. It transitions back to Thunder-Rode when our engagement completes.
One setup payment per phase. Every account, every list, every tool: owned by Thunder-Rode from day one.
Ready when you are: the last slide has the button.
Who's building it
A builder. And a teacher.
I'm Peter Clayton, founder of Vypple. I build websites, funnels, and the automation that follows up so nobody has to remember to. For 15 years I owned a vocational trade school whose entire business relied on sales from internet leads, so I have personal experience with exactly this initiative. I've been an engineer for 7 years and in technology for more than 20. I run client work the way I ran the school: I build it, then I teach your team to drive it.
"My job is to make Thunder-Rode stronger with or without me.
Peter
Do it right, and you'll want me to stay."
Straight answers
The questions you should ask.
What if it doesn't sell?
Then you've paid for the setup and nothing more, and at any 30-day evaluation you can simply stop. Either way you keep the cleaned list, the email system, the analytics, and a site that captures customers. The downside is owning better tools.
Who owns the accounts and the list?
You do. Every account is opened in Thunder-Rode's name, on Thunder-Rode's card, from day one. If we part ways at any checkpoint, everything keeps working and it's all yours.
Why email before ads?
Because ads into an unproven store burn money. Your list tells us which products, prices, and offers actually convert, for free. When ad dollars come later, they buy traffic for proven winners. You're never the test.
What do you need from us?
The customer list, access to the website and domain settings, a 30-minute huddle with the counter team, and answers within two business days when something needs your OK. That's it. The shop keeps doing what it does best.
Let's put the list to work.
Sign online, pay the $1,000 deposit through Square, and the build begins. The balance isn't due for three weeks.
